Our Shipping, Exchange & Return Policies
We understand you are eagerly waiting for ordered styles to be delivered to you at the earliest. Our Customer Care & Warehouse team works rigorously to ensure that we are able to bring a smile to your face. Our team perform multiple rounds of quality check and ensure that we deliver you your ordered styles in perfectly packed QC checked condition in the least possible time.
Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 1-4 business days depending on the pin code for delivery to happen within India and 3-10 business days for deliveries outside India. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may sometime cause delays, however please be rest assured that our Customer Care team will be working very closely with the logistics provider to your orders delivered at the earliest.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package a maximum up to 3 times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including Pin code/Zip code and a valid mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
Shipping, Delivery & Dispatch Policy
We provide worldwide delivery of your orders. You need to select the correct shipping location from the option ‘SHIPPING TO” provided at the footer of our website. We have partnered with leading Indian & International shipping provider to handle your order in best possible way for safe & fast delivery.
Currently we are unable to deliver such location restricted for courier delivery by DTDC, DHL, FedEx & UPS. In case you wish to place order for delivery in these countries we request you to please get in touch with our customer service team and they will be glad to help you with it.
Shipping Charges for Delivery In India
We provide free shipping within India for all Prepaid & Cash on Delivery (COD) orders above INR 1500.00. For orders up to INR 1500.00, we have a nominal charge of INR 149.00 towards shipping & handling charges.
Please note there are no additional charges for Cash on delivery payment orders.
Cash on Delivery is available in selected pin codes within India.
The maximum orders value for Cash on Delivery order is capped at INR 15000.00.
Shipping Charges for Delivery outside India
We ship globally! International shipping fees and times vary depending on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges will not be included at checkout and will need to be settled with your local customs authority upon arrival.
Returns & Exchange
It is our endeavour to provide you with the best possible customer service and hence we permit returns as long as the product(s) are unused, unwashed, defective/damaged, and are returned in saleable condition with all its original packaging, tags and invoices.
You are required to inform us within 7 days of receiving the package by contacting our customer care team with your order number and the product(s) you wish to return, else the goods will be considered sold and no further requests will be entertained. We will process your request within 2 business days after reviewing the request.
Refund will be issued in the original mode of payment in case of a prepaid order, or will be done via NEFT, in case of a cash on delivery order.
Currently, we do not have exchange function available on our website
- You are requested to contact the customer care team within 7 days of receiving the order. Any request received after the returns window is not eligible for returns. Our customer service team will review the request and process it within 2 business days.
- We will organise the return pickup from you through our logistics partners. You are requested to keep the package ready with all original packing, tags and invoice copy.
- Once the pickup is organised you are requested to ask the logistics partner for the courier slip at time of handing over the package.
- In the event of unavailability of reverse pick-up facility from your address, you are requested to please courier your order back to us. Please email us at contact@ksquarearray.com to inform us that you are sending the package back to us, with your order number and the courier tracking details.
- Once we receive the products a closure will be provided to your request as per your preference after the quality check.
Exchange in India
Step 1
To return an item, the customer must write to us at support@ksquarearray.com. Alternatively, the customer may WhatsApp us at our customer care number +91-9793436362, within 14 days of delivery of the shipment.
Step 2
Please await a mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return. We will try to arrange for a pick-up through our courier partner DTDC. Just in case, their service is unavailable at your address, we request to self-ship it at our address.
Step 3
Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and Courier the parcel back to us. Details will be shared in the email.
Exchange outside India
Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders, unless the product is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered.
In an exceptional case to case basis, if a customer can facilitate the return of goods in India, at an address from where a pickup can be arranged through our courier partner DTDC, DHL, FedEx & UPS, within 90 days from merchandise delivery, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for the customer. Shipping charges may be applicable in case, exchanged merchandise requires International shipping
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment online.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
